This special workshop with world-renowned teacher Anna Karides is an invitation to explore yourself and others in a whole new way.
AcroYoga weaves together the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of the healing arts. These three practices form the foundation of a journey that cultivates trust, connection, and joy.
It is more than just a physical practice it is a social experience. You meet new people, connect through movement, build trust, and share laughter. Together, you will discover new ways to move, fly, release, and support one another, while surprising yourself with what your body and heart are truly capable of.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will explore:

✨ The joy of co-creating, supporting, and being supported
No partner is needed, no previous experience required. All levels are welcome, modifications will be given so you can feel safe and supported throughout.
About Anna Karides
Born in Cyprus, Anna Karides is one of the UK’s leading yoga and AcroYoga teachers, with nearly two decades of teaching experience at London’s most respected studios.
In 2008, Anna founded AcroYoga Cyprus, planting the seeds for a thriving community of practitioners and teachers on the island. Since then, her work has taken her across the world, leading retreats and workshops internationally.
Her teaching has been featured in leading publications such as Vogue and The Guardian. What makes Anna unique is the way she combines her deep knowledge with her passion for teaching, adventure, and authentic human connection.
