Outdoor Yoga classes

We are blessed that our studio is just 5 minutes from the sea, which gives us the opportunity to create a beautiful outdoor practice space. The view is stunning, and practicing in nature is priceless. Nature immediately supports you, depending on the practice — although sometimes there are distractions from surrounding noises. This, however, teaches us to stay focused, recognize our inner distractions that take us out of alignment, and grow stronger.
