This is an 80-minute class, slightly longer to allow the body to fully calm so the mind can naturally settle into deep concentration and meditation. The practice is holistic, working with students on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.

The class begins with gentle physical activation and a deep connection to the body, preparing the mind through mindful movement and breath awareness. By awakening the body first, the mind can gradually soften and settle with greater ease.

You will leave the class feeling mentally rested, calm, grounded, and emotionally balanced. This is a holistic, traditional yoga practice that works not only on the physical body but also on the energetic and spiritual layers of your being.
