This class is designed to enhance mobility, improve alignment, and release deep-seated tension through targeted myofascial release techniques. Unlike a traditional yoga class, we focus on freeing restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and joints—allowing for greater flexibility, ease of movement, and postural balance.
Using small Pilates balls, elastic bands, and other supportive props, you’ll apply gentle pressure to specific points in the body, helping to release tightness, increase circulation, and restore natural movement patterns.
