This is an 80-minute complete yoga class, offering a full and well-structured practice rooted in traditional yoga methodology. The class begins with concentration and centering, followed by a main sequence of asanas, breathwork, and a deep relaxation at the end.

This traditional approach is designed to offer students profound and lasting results. Although longer than other classes, the carefully built structure allows accumulated stress to be released, supports a deeper connection with your body’s energy, and gently shifts the nervous system into a parasympathetic state—allowing the body to rest, heal, and realign.

Breathwork is the most powerful tools for resetting the nervous system. Practiced after the body has been properly prepared, it helps release tension and excess stimulation, bringing peace, clarity, and renewed energy. There is a meaningful difference between simply practicing breathwork and preparing the entire body to enter it deeply and safely.
