This is a 45-minute class, focusing on specific breathing techniques that, with consistent attendance, help relax and soothe the nervous system. The practice teaches the body to shift into a parasympathetic mode, allowing it to rest, heal, and realign.

This brings the person as a “consciousness” into a state of release and relaxation, with a feeling of emotional connection and a sense of belonging with their body and self.

This preparation leads naturally into a short meditation, giving each person space for silence and stillness, supported by the group. The necessity of stillness and silence is essential, bringing balance and truth to the individual. Through this, one begins to exercise the muscle of awareness, arriving at the satisfaction of being connected with oneselffeeling calm, peaceful, and courageous enough to support oneself in any situation.
