Eat mindfully, listen carefully, and begin to notice what your body truly needs, not what the mind is used to.

IsaLean™ Shake

Replace one meal per day with a shake using one scoops.
We suggest dinner for better results and a more relaxed digestive system. However, if breakfast or lunch works better for you, follow what feels right for your body.

Ionix®

Every morning or evening, take 30 ml of Ionix.
Ionix may help you feel calmer and support stress balance. We recommend taking it in the evening to help you unwind and relax before sleep.
Mix 30 ml in one glass of water, as the taste is quite strong.

Nourish for Life®

Once a week, you will have a gentle fasting day.
We understand this can feel challenging at first. Nourish for Life and the approved snacks will support you during this process.

On this day, drink 215 ml throughout the day. You can dilute it in water.

• If you are familiar with fasting and feel confident, you may continue with a full fasting day.

• If this is your first time, we suggest a soft approach:
